Fast Search & Transfer (FAST), the leading developer of enterprise search and real-time alerting technologies, and IntelliReach Corporation, the email lifecycle management company, today announced an OEM partnership to enhance the search capabilities of IntelliReach’s next-generation messaging management system. IntelliReach’s solution will be integrated with FAST InStream, an OEM-specific enterprise search solution developed specifically to meet the complex application-based search requirements of independent software vendors (ISVs).
IntelliReach plans to integrate FAST’s enterprise search solution into its next-generation policy-based message management system, scheduled for introduction later this year.
“With the increased scrutiny and compliance issues associated with corporate email, messaging management for large enterprises is an escalating problem for which IntelliReach has a strong solution,” said Ali I. Riaz, FAST’s chief operating officer. “The ability to quickly search a company’s messaging environment using multiple variables is extremely important to a modern corporation. We are confident that FAST InStream will provide IntelliReach’s customers significant value and we view IntelliReach’s scalability requirements as yet another display of FAST InStream’s extreme capabilities.”
FAST InStream, FAST’s enterprise search solution specifically designed for embedded delivery, is designed to increase the value of enterprise applications and boost ROI for the partner’s customers by leveraging the power of FAST Enterprise Search Platform (FAST ESP™) technology. Supporting both structured and unstructured data, FAST InStream provides unique value across all types of software applications, and will be an asset to IntelliReach’s suite of messaging management solutions, which include email archiving for compliance, discovery and retention; Linux-based anti-spam, anti-virus and image filtering; email system reporting, monitoring and alerting; and secure messaging.
