Mimecast recognised for Best Value and Best for Service Excellence in legal industry awards
February 9th , 2010 - London: Mimecast®, a holistic email management company offering SaaS-based email archiving, continuity, security and policy control, has been recognised for Best Value and Best for Service Excellence by the legal industry at TheKnowList Awards 2010.
TheKnowList Best Value Award recognises a solution that presents genuine all-round value to customers in terms of efficiency, cost savings, reputation or client service. Mimecast was selected based on the flexibility, business continuity and support it provides to customers. Testimonials demonstrated that the productivity and efficiency gained through Mimecast's unified email management minimised time spent dealing with email issues, saving substantial costs in the long term.
The Service Excellence Award acknowledges vendors for putting the client first. It recognises professionalism, knowledge and respect as essential components of excellent service. Mimecast's customer-focused culture and values were identified as the key factors that made the organisation stand out from the rest. It was also recognised for investing heavily in developing and maintaining close customer relationships to keep them at the centre of its business.
Commenting on the two award wins, Peter Bauer said: "What is gratifying about these two awards is that we are not only being recognised for the quality of our product, but for our obsessive focus on customer service. At the end of the day, law firms need technology providers they can trust, and I really believe we've built meaningful partnerships with our customers in this sector."
Mimecast works with more than 50% of the UK's top 100 law firms, including Taylor Wessing, Osborne Clarke and Charles Russell. The Mimecast service allows firms to consolidate the number of suppliers and servers for email storage, archiving, security and continuity to a single system enabling significant cost savings.
TheKnowList Awards 2010 recognise the strategic implementation of technology within law firms, rewarding the firms, suppliers and individuals that are leading the industry by adding value through IT. The winners are judged by an expert panel made up of TheKnowList site members.
