LogLogic, security and log management company, on Monday announced a strong close to its fiscal first quarter, marked by over 43 percent growth over the same quarter last year. This follows an impressive finish to its previous fiscal year, where overall bookings were up an additional 12 percent in the fourth quarter.

The quarter’s growth was highlighted by the continued expansion of LogLogic’s global customer base with the addition of 40 new customers, including Exxon Mobil, Quiznos, JetBlue Airways, Oneida Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin, Macerich, Children’s Hospital Boston, the U.S. Department of Commerce and the American Automobile Association (AAA) in North America, VocaLink, Eiffage and EADS Astrium in Europe, Middle East and Africa; and CIMB (Bank of Malaysia) and Aero Thai in the Asia Pacific Region.
Also in Q1, LogLogic rolled out its new line of appliances based on an Intel Xeon processor platform. The new product line offers a choice of two quad-core Intel Xeon processors to deliver massive increases in log message processing, log message storage, connectivity and resiliency.
“Over 1000 businesses worldwide have realized the benefits of deploying LogLogic’s leading log management technology,” said CEO Guy Churchward. “We’re committed to providing best of breed solutions that help businesses gain transparency into their network operations, bolster security and meet increasing compliance demands.”
“Quad-core Intel Xeon processors enable developers to deliver top performance and scalable platforms,” says Steve Price, marketing director, Intel Performance Processor Division. “These processors are ideal for customers, such as LogLogic, to use in their high-throughput networking and security applications.”
In February, LogLogic was recognized by Everything Channel as one of North America’s top information technology (IT) vendors, receiving a five-star rating for its exceptional channel program.
LogLogic also recently joined the McAfee Security Innovation Alliance, a technology partnering program created to help accelerate the development of interoperable security products and to simplify the integration of these products within complex customer environments.
