Larry Carvalho is the 2010 Instructor and Presenter of Cloud Expo's Cloud Computing Bootcamp. He has a diverse background in Information Technology in multiple industries. To take advantage of the benefits of cloud computing, organizations need to evaluate their current environment and develop a strategy to be able to take advantage of this nascent technology. A simple first step is to have organizational stakeholders on the same page. Carvalho's goal is to provide understanding of cloud computing to its stakeholders.
