MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Oct. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CyberSource Corporation announced at 12:00 p.m. Pacific time today that it had withdrawn its offer to purchase the assets of CardSystems Solutions, Inc. of Atlanta, Georgia.
