He is the Technical Leader for the Group Government Cloud Portfolio and is the author of the "Cloud Computing Education" and "Infrastructure Strategy" Courses at the Capgemini University. He is also Co-Chair of the Cloud Computing Work Group at The Open Group, an International Standards Body. Skilton has spoken and published internationally on the subject of Cloud Computing.
