Panelist Bios:
Jill Tummler Singer is CIO for the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), which as part of the 16-member Intelligence Community plays a primary role in achieving information superiority for the U.S. Government and Armed Forces. A DoD agency, the NRO is staffed by DoD and CIA personnel. It's funded through the National Reconnaissance Program, part of the National Foreign Intelligence Program. Prior to joining the NRO, Singer was Deputy CIO at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), where she was responsible for ensuring CIA had the information, technology, and infrastructure necessary to effectively execute its missions. Prior to her appointment as Deputy CIO, she served as the Director of the Diplomatic Telecommunications Service (DTS), United States Department of State, and was responsible for global network services to US foreign missions.

Jamie Dos Santos is President & CEO, Terremark Federal Group. She is responsible for the planning, development, and execution of the company's federal government sales, marketing and operations strategy and manages all aspects of Terremark's federal government relationships including the Department of Defense, Civilian Agencies and the federal systems integrators. Her previous role as Chief Marketing Officer included the development of strategic marketing initiatives and commercial sales strategies that contributed to the company's sustained growth.

Jocelyn DeGance Graham is Founder and President of Cloud Network Of Women (CloudNOW). Named by United Business Media's CRN as one of the 100 most influential women in IT, she currently leads the Grail Research (Monitor Group) Cloud practice and has deep expertise in the areas of marketing, communications and research. She has spent the majority of her career advising Fortune 100 companies including Hewlett-Packard, Intuit, and Arthur AndersenAccenture on strategic emerging technology decisions. Prior to joining Grail Research, she directed the marketing program for an award winning Cloud startup that was recognized by Gartner as one of the ‘Coolest Emerging Technologies' of 2010.

Kristin Lovejoy is the Vice President of Information Technology Risk for IBM, responsible for managing, monitoring and testing IBM's corporate security and resiliency functions globally. Prior to her role in Corporate IBM, she was Vice President of Security Strategy for IBM Security Solutions, responsible for the overall market direction and strategy for IBM's portfolio of security products. She is Chairman of IBM's IT Risk Steering Committee, co-Chair of IBM's Data Security Steering committee, co-Chair of the IBM's Social Networking committee, member of IBM's Security Executive Board, as well as a member of a number of external boards and advisory panels, including SC Magazine's Editorial Board, and FS-ISAC. Ms. Lovejoy holds U.S. and EU patents for Object Oriented Risk Management Models and Methods.
