Integrated Device Technology, Inc. (IDT®) (NASDAQ:IDTI), the Analog and Digital Company™ delivering essential mixed-signal semiconductor solutions, today announced the appointment of Tom Sparkman to the role of senior vice president of worldwide sales. With more than 20 years of sales and senior leadership experience in the analog and mixed-signal semiconductor industry, Sparkman is ideally suited to drive the next phase of growth at IDT.

Prior to joining IDT in late 2011, Sparkman was CEO of Samplify Systems, a venture-backed company in which IDT was a strategic investor. Sparkman joined Samplify with 23 years of semiconductor experience, mostly at Maxim Integrated Products, Inc., an international supplier of analog and mixed-signal products. While at Maxim, Sparkman built both domestic and international sales organizations and played an instrumental role in scaling the company from $50M to $2.5B in sales.
