SAN DIEGO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 04/30/12 -- Hold-Free Networks, the leading provider of Web 2.0 Customer Service overlay applications, has been named as a finalist for a 2012 Vision Award by the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA).
Hold-Free Networks will compete at Service Revolutions 2012 on May 9, 2012 in Santa Clara, California for the coveted award. This will be the third annual edition of the event which is held as part of the Technology Services World (TSW) Best Practices conference. Past winners include ServiceMax, Philips Healthcare, and Xerox.
