(NASDAQ: SNCR), the world’s leading provider of transaction management, cloud enablement and mobility management for connected devices, today announced the expansion of its enhanced ConvergenceNow® Plus+ cloud enablement and synchronization platform for Tier One Operators. This enhanced and scalable cloud enablement platform allows Tier One Operators to deliver a comprehensive and personalized cloud experience to their subscribers across all connected devices. Additionally, Synchronoss announced a strategic relationship with Terremark, a Verizon Company, and a leader in transforming and securing enterprise-class IT on a global scale.

Synchronoss will enhance and scale its ConvergenceNow® Plus+ cloud enablement and synchronization platform to support more than 80 million subscribers worldwide over the next five years. Synchronoss’ platform offers the capability to backup, sync and restore mobile handset data seamlessly across any device via the cloud. Working with Terremark, Synchronoss is providing carriers with these capabilities through a standard operating model and cloud infrastructure in a shared application environment.
