Listen to a million songs without paying millions – with the music streaming service JUKE, it’s possible. Right on time, with the launch of Windows 8, JUKE brings out an app specially programmed for the new Windows user interface. The advantages: even faster access to the service and the user’s own playlists are also available offline via a special cache system.
JUKE CEO, Frank Taubert says: “Windows 8 is designed for usability – just like JUKE. The fact that apps can now run across multiple device form factors and screen sizes is perfect for us as a music streaming service. Launch Windows 8, download the JUKE app through the Windows Store, and start juking.”
“The JUKE app takes advantage of the immersive user experience of Windows 8 and we are happy to have JUKE in the Windows Store,” said John Richards, Senior Director of Windows App Marketing for Microsoft Corp.
Users pay a flat rate of EUR 9.99 a month for music on myjuke.com – and it’s legal and advertising-free. The music archive contains 18 million tunes from over 80,000 labels. JUKE’s top feature is its usability – simply go to myjuke.com, register and start juking. No extra player or software required. JUKE streams exclusively in Dolby® Pulse format. Dolby® Pulse is an audio codec that has been specially developed to deliver the best sound quality even at low bit rates. That’s how we listen to music now. And all of that at an unbeatable price that one usually pays for a single album! myjuke.com
