MicroCorp, Inc., a recognized leader in the telecommunications Master Agency space, today announced an agreement with TDMobility to add its carrier services platform to TDMobility’s offering in the United States. Through the agreement, TDMobility will offer MicroCorp’s complete portfolio of carrier and managed services from many of the nation’s top telecommunication companies.

TDMobility, a joint venture between Tech Data Corporation (NASDAQ: TECD) and Brightstar, provides turnkey wireless solutions designed for the business customer to Tech Data’s channel of over 60,000 resellers in the United States. TDMobility features two flagship offerings, CellManage^TM and TDActivate^TM, designed to streamline end-users’ wireless infrastructure and save reseller customers both time and money.

The agreement between TDMobility and MicroCorp will provide resellers with the ability to offer a comprehensive portfolio of voice, data and cloud solutions through MicroCorp’s long-standing contractual relationships with over 50 carrier and cloud service providers. In addition, MicroCorp will manage all pre and post-sales functions, while VARs will have complete collaborative access to all activity through Nautilus, MicroCorp’s cloud-based carrier services management system.
