TEGUCIGALPA, HONDURAS -- (Marketwire) -- 11/09/12 -- Columbus International Inc. ("Columbus") announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Telefonica Corporativa (Telecorp). The acquisition will position Columbus in Honduras as a complete provider of advanced IT and telecommunications integrated solutions, through its business services brand, Columbus Business Solutions ("CBS").
Guillermo Bueso, CEO of Banco Atlantida Group, stated, "These are two reliable and competent providers of telecommunications and integrated IT solutions. The combination will allow Columbus to further expand its services in the Honduras business sector by leveraging the unique talent and assets of Telecorp."
