TeleSpace LLC, a transformative provider of Cloud based business collaboration solutions, announces the launch of its flagship TeleSpace Vio Enterprise portfolio of Cloud Services supporting all forms of business communications and enterprise collaboration solutions for customers in North America.
Built on globally scalable Cisco Powered data centers, converged fabric computing networks, carrier-class service provider networks, and the Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution platform, TeleSpace Vio™ enables rapid deployment and flexible consumption models for all forms of business communications and enterprise collaboration.
TeleSpace Vio allows organizations to rapidly deploy and scale new or existing applications with reductions in capital investments for customer premise equipment, real estate, power, cooling, and administrative resources. Vio makes it simple to provision, deploy, and integrate once complex communications and collaboration solutions.
Patrick Bowler, CEO of TeleSpace, stated, “TeleSpace Vio brings to life our vision of a fully converged Unified Workspace and a single fully integrated Enterprise Applications Architecture for all forms of business collaboration – enabling a seamless user experience for customers using any combination of Unified Communications, Unified Messaging, Presence, Instant Messaging, Unified Mobility, Business Video, TelePresence, Contact Centers, and related applications for enterprise, remote, and mobile workers.
The explosive growth potential for Cloud Services in the enterprise collaboration market puts TeleSpace in a unique position to lead what could become one of the most dramatic market transitions in decades. TeleSpace Vio enables an unprecedented level of business agility and deployment flexibility for our customers to take advantage of collaboration applications with a simple per-user, per-month subscription fee.”
By 2014, worldwide cloud services revenue is projected to reach $148.8 billion, according to Connecticut-based research firm Gartner Inc. Frost & Sullivan suggests that over the next decade the hosted Unified Communications market is likely to reach 15.4 million users, up from 2.1 million in 2010. This equates to a 33 percent CAGR. By 2017, the market will likely hit 27 million users, representing about 20 percent of total enterprise business communication users. Businesses are looking to augment parts of their IT staff and communications infrastructure using a variety of hosted solutions, including TeleSpace Vio Cloud Services, allowing them to focus on their core business.
