She also founded The El Camino Group, specializing in strategic and organizational effectiveness planning, executive coaching, and design and delivery of customized learning solutions.
Beyond her professional achievements, Fracchia is an active member of the Los Angeles community, specifically as Co-Chair of the WoMentoring Leadership Network and Vice President of the Los Angeles Jewish Vocational Services Board.
