Cinterion sécurise la connectivité M2M de systèmes industriels d’automatisation et de contrôle au Brésil

Cinterion, la division M2M de Gemalto (Euronext NL 0000400653 GTO) et le chef de file mondial de la technologie de communication cellulaire M2M, annonce que son module sans fil quadri-bande TC65i a été entièrement intégré dans le système AirGate-GPRS destiné à la surveillance à distance et à l’automatisation des sites. Développé par Novus Automation, un fabricant de premier plan de produits d'acquisition et de contrôle des données (SCADA), le système relie les équipements industriels aux ordinateurs centraux, permettant une surveillance à distance 24H/24 et 7J/7.

Le module plug&play haute performance de Cinterion assure une connectivité sans fil sécurisée pour la télésurveillance et la gestion à distance des processus industriels dans les environnements d’automatisation de fabrications et de bâtiments.

Dotée d’un puissant moteur Java™ embarqué, la solution Cinterion fait tourner le logiciel AirGate directement sur le module, libérant ainsi de la capacité informatique précieuse pour des tâches d’automatisation innovantes telles que la commande de robots et l’amélioration de l’efficacité énergétique dans le domaine de la fabrication. Le produit AirGate dispose de multiples interfaces industrielles pour offrir flexibilité et facilité d’intégration dans n’importe quel système d’automatisation.

JMD Automação, un fournisseur de solutions brésilien, a récemment mis en œuvre le nouveau dispositif Novus dans plusieurs installations de fabrication au Brésil et a constaté des améliorations immédiates au plan des performances et de l’efficacité.
