CHICAGO, Dec. 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- RedSky Technologies, the leader in E911 solutions, announced that it has joined the Cisco Developer Network as a Registered Developer within the Collaboration technology category. In addition, RedSky's E911 Anywhere® has successfully completed interoperability testing with Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Cisco Emergency Responder.
E911 Anywhere® is a cloud-based service that integrates seamlessly with Cisco Emergency Responder to capture location updates in real time and validate them against the Master Street Address Guide (MSAG). No additional hardware is required.
The Cisco Developer Network unites Cisco with third-party developers of hardware and software to deliver tested interoperable solutions to joint customers, harnessing the power and intelligence of the network. As a Registered Developer, RedSky offers a complementary product offering and has started to collaborate with Cisco to meet the needs of joint customers.
With offerings such as E911 Anywhere®, customers can more quickly deploy a broad range of Cisco Compatible business applications, devices, or services that can enhance the capabilities, performance, and management of their Cisco network.
