NTT Com obtiene licencia para lanzar servicios de redes en Vietnam

TOKIO, 13 de diciembre de 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- NTT Communications (NTT Com) anunció el 13 de diciembre que Global Data Services JSC (GDS), una sociedad conjunta entre NTT Com y Vietnam Posts & Telecommunications (VNPT), ha comenzado a ofrecer un amplio rango de servicios de redes nacionales e internacionales en Vietnam tras convertirse en la primera empresa de capital extranjero en obtener una licencia de redes de telecomunicaciones del Ministerio de Información y Comunicación el 26 de noviembre. Junto con la filial de ventas NTT Communications (Vietnam), el grupo NTT Com está ya ofreciendo servicios totales de tecnología de información y comunicación (TIC) a compañías multinacionales en Vietnam.

Los siguientes servicios se lanzaron el 13 de diciembre basados en la nueva licencia:  

  • Servicio de red de datos nacional (multioperador)
  • Conexión directa a intercambios de Internet nacionales (IX)
  • Acceso a Internet
  • Videoconferencia y teleconferencia

El nuevo servicio de red de datos nacional incluye la selección de operador local. Utilizando esta capacidad multioperador con acceso de operador redundante, GDS diseña y ofrece redes fiables y rentables para sistemas de misión crítica de clientes empresariales, como servicios para juegos online o comercio electrónico.  Además, GDS ofrece servicios de redes respaldados por SLA para consolidar la conectividad multioperador en todo el país.

Combinando estos servicios de redes con el centro de datos existente, la computación en cloud (IaaS, correo y alojamiento web) y los servicios de integración de sistemas, GDS puede ya ofrecer servicios adaptados al cliente óptimos que cubren el funcionamiento completo, mantenimiento y asistencia, incluyendo varios procedimientos de aplicaciones.  

Establecida en 2008, GDS opera el Thang Long Data Center, el centro de datos de nivel 3 más avanzado de Vietnam con gestión de seguridad de información certificada ISO27001. Los servicios empresariales TIC de la compañía, respaldados por una estabilidad de red sin precedentes, consiguen soluciones ideales para el juego online, comercio electrónico, SNS y proveedores de servicios de reclutación, así como compañías y bancos de seguros y valores que requieren servicios del centro de datos para gestionar sus sitios web, copia de seguridad de datos y planificación de la continuidad empresarial.
