SALT LAKE CITY, Dec. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- V3 Systems is pleased to announce that Peter Bookman, its Founder and Chairman, has transitioned from his role as CEO to the company's Chief Strategic Advisor. In this capacity, Bookman will continue as Chairman of the Board and will be the chief evangelist and visionary for V3 Systems' Desktop Cloud Computing initiative. Bookman will advise the company's board of directors and CEO on the vision, technology and strategic positioning for the company.
