DENVER, CO -- (Marketwire) -- 12/17/12 -- Channelinsight today announced that it has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Zyme Solutions, Inc. for unspecified damages. The lawsuit alleges that Zyme Solutions is infringing on Channelinsight's patent entitled Automated Channel Market Data Extraction, Validation and Transformation, U.S. Patent No. 8,296,258 B2. The suit was filed in the United States District Court in Denver, Colorado.
