White Dental Supply Pivots into Social Media and Mobile Marketing

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Jan. 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --White Dental Supply, Inc. (OTCBB: WITD.OB- News) announced that it has completed three key intellectual property acquisitions that will serve as a robust foundation for its pivot into mobile and social media marketing.

Through the agreement with Choice One Solutions, LLC, the Company purchased the domain, and certain technical information to be able to offer proven internet and social marketing services to businesses by offering value-based content, result driven search engine optimization, and social media engagement strategy.  The Company believes this acquisition provides business owners the resources to not only reach their consumers, but also provide a call to action to promote business and engagement now instead of later. Jacob DiMartino, CEO of the Company, was quoted as saying, "Our Model with technology is Generational.  This country was built on a burning desire to do better, and that desire is still the driving force behind this country, and around the Globe.  We are capable of building, expanding and maintaining brand recognition for all of our clients through our technical resources and collective experience."

Mobile Caviar, the second piece of the company's acquisition, is a comprehensive suite of mobile marketing optimization services, including sophisticated banner ad delivery, mobile website enhancement, and email specialization for mobile platforms, among other proven techniques and technologies. As President of the Company, Mr. Sonkin will perpetuate his tenants of rapid innovation and customer service throughout the culture of the company.

The final portion of the Company's acquisition is the concept we call Pitooey!, which is proposed to be a cloud-based system for creating, storing, finding, using and sharing highly customized short "push" messages.  Push messages are an evolution of traditional text messages, functioning from within a downloaded "app" on a smartphone or tablet. On the Pitooey! platform, a vendor may upload any number of messages into the database, at no cost to them. They will only pay for messages which consumers "pull" according a profile based on the consumer's interests, previous purchases, current location, etc. Tools within the platform will assist in creating the most efficient messages possible to achieve higher sales, increased engagement, or any other goals the vendor may have. Pitooey! is an incredibly refreshing marketing platform for both vendors and consumers, and the company projects it to be a major growth platform moving forward.
