Time Warner Cable today announced it got better with the launch of a national campaign declaring the company’s points of difference by promoting the benefits of switching to Time Warner Cable, further demonstrating its confidence in its improvements with a guarantee promise. Time Warner Cable is delivering on that promise by offering a 30-day money back guarantee, which includes a refund on standard installation and monthly service charges. In addition to its customer service, Time Warner Cable’s performance has improved overall with better Internet capacity and better video and entertainment products.
The campaign promotes its new innovations features and exclusive offers to better fit the needs of every home. The campaign is an extension of the company’s Enjoy Better brand campaign launched almost a year ago to promote how Time Warner Cable’s products and services can make whatever you love, even better.
Customers who sign up for recurring bill pay can now subscribe to a two-year Triple Play offer starting at $89.99, which includes Standard TV, Basic Internet and Unlimited Nationwide Phone with no long term contract required. Eligible customers can also get a $200 Visa Reward card on all Triple Play packages.
