Prädiktive Analysen von KXEN tragen zur Unterstützung einer smarten Obama-Kampagne bei

KXEN, der führende Anbieter von prädiktiven Analysen für Gewerbekunden, verkündete heute, dass das Analytikteam von Obama for America (OFA) InfiniteInsight® von KXEN im Rahmen seiner prädiktiven Analytikplattform verwendet, das bei der Wahl einen strategischen Vorteil lieferte.

In Bezug auf Veränderungen ging das Kampagnenteam von Obama for America mit gutem Beispiel voraus. Das Analytikteam entschied sich für InfiniteInsight® von KXEN als eines der Tools der prädiktiven Analytikplattform für die Prozessmodellierung. Rayid Ghani, Chefwissenschaftler des Analytikteams, leitete die Implementierung des prädiktiven Analytiktools von KXEN.

Durch die flexible und prädiktive Modellierung von KXEN konnten Wähler und Freiwillige im Rahmen der Kampagne mit aktuellen Online- und Offline-Daten gezielt anvisiert werden. Dieser Ansatz ermöglichte OFA, die Kampagne unter Einbeziehung von E-Mail und sozialen Medien wie Facebook und Twitter zu leiten.

Die erfolgreiche Mittelbeschaffung der Kampagne wurde durch prädiktive Modelle zur Verbesserung von Häufigkeit und Zeitpunkt unterstützt, um höhere Spenden zu erzielen. Weitere spezifische Beispiele:

  • Durch prädiktive Modelle optimierte Fundraising-Kampagnen führten zu höheren Spenden.
  • Prädiktive Erkenntnisse entdeckten und verdeutlichten überzeugbare Wählersegmente.
  • Die Aufforderung an Unterstützer, sich mit ihren Facebook-Accounts in die Obama-Kampagne einzuloggen, ermöglichte OFA, Informationen und Bereiche zu personalisieren und Personen zu bewegen, sich als Freiwillige zu melden, sich zu registrieren bzw. die Wahl mit zu gestalten.
