Avtex has been named an Interactive Intelligence 2013 Platinum Elite Partner. Interactive Intelligence, a global developer of unified IP business communications solutions, grants Platinum Elite Partner status each year to resellers that meet the vendor’s most stringent product certification, software sales and renewals, and customer satisfaction requirements.
“Our Platinum Elite partners meet our highest standards for demonstrating a reseller’s commitment to achieving maximum return on investment for its customers through superior product knowledge and a focus on long-term customer satisfaction,” said Interactive Intelligence vice president of North American sales, Paul Weber. “Avtex has clearly demonstrated its ability to meet our Platinum Elite Partner criteria by increasing revenue growth associated with Interactive Intelligence software and services by 48 percent in 2012, in addition to adding nine new customers.”
“We’ve answered the call from our clients for a 360 degree view of their customers by combining the power and flexibility of the Interactive Intelligence software with our strategic consulting services,” said Avtex president, George Demou. “The result is our Customer Experience Optimization framework, which guides clients through an IT strategy that optimizes their customer experience goals across communications channels.
“These efforts, along with winning the 2012 Interactive Intelligence Support Partner of the Year, Leading Edge Partner of the Year, and Marketing Partner of the Year, ensure that our joint clients get maximum benefit from their technology deployments,” Demou concluded.
Avtex provides sales, deployment and support of the Interactive Intelligence flagship product, Customer Interaction Center™ (CIC). CIC, which can be deployed on-premises or via the cloud, is an all-in-one IP communications software suite that provides multichannel contact center automation and unified communications functionality for mid-size to large organizations. CIC’s unique single-platform, open architecture was designed to eliminate the cost and complexity introduced by multipoint products.
