MINNEAPOLIS, Feb. 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Atomic Data, Minnesota's premier private cloud and IT solutions provider, announced today that they have been chosen by Girl Scouts of the Minnesota and Wisconsin River Valleys to provide a wide range of support, infrastructure, and monitoring services for its more than 170 staff members. The decision follows an extensive proposal, planning, and implementation process finalized in the fourth quarter of 2012. The transition to Atomic Data services is now complete and services are fully operational. Atomic Data CEO Jim Wolford is thrilled to receive a vote of confidence from one of the nation's largest Girl Scout councils. Our services, including 24 x 7 support, infrastructure monitoring, and cloud servers are perfectly suited to help their people facilitate that mission."
Architected to supplement their existing IT resources, Atomic Data will provide 24 x 7 x 365 end-user support for the regional Girl Scouts employees as well as dedicated monitoring of their internal network infrastructure, web servers, workstations, and circuits. Additional services include a fully managed ShoreTel voice over IP solution, email spam filtering, anti-virus protection, and connectivity for their multiple office locations.
Girl Scouts River Valleys is part of the Girl Scout National Movement, sharing the mission to build girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place. Girl Scouts River Valleys annually serves nearly 45,000 girls in southern Minnesota and northwestern Wisconsin.
