Tulsa, OK, March 11, 2013 --(PR.com)-- CS3 Technology is pleased to announce the addition of Lee Gonzalez to their Human Resources Consulting team. Lee will help customers implement the time and labor system, TimeStar™ by Insperity™.

Prior to joining CS3 Technology, Lee has worked with other mid-market time and labor cloud-based applications as a consultant. He has worked with customers of varying size and operating in multiple industries for system implementation. He also has experience of running a payroll system as an administrator. Having the user experience, compliance knowledge and consulting experience helps him to understand customer needs and make recommendations to improve customer effectiveness and operational efficiency.

“Every customer’s needs are unique. I enjoy the opportunity to work with different types of customers to determine how to best use technology in their business,” said Lee. “Being able to share my knowledge with a customer to help them be more effective is very rewarding.”

Lee is a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), a designation from the American Payroll Association. He is currently completing his accounting degree at the University of Texas at Dallas and will be working on his Masters. He started the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA) chapter at UTD and is very involved. He lives in North Texas with his wife and two daughters.
