"I emigrated from Shanghai to San Francisco and worked very hard and passionately to become an entrepreneur. I am truly humbled and honored for this recognition and to receive the Silicon Valley Entrepreneur of the Year Award. From my personal experience, I believe that immigration is a key factor in adding great value to the amazing talent pool in the Silicon Valley. I'd like to thank and dedicate this award to our global Marvell family for their effort and contributions. To me, this is a team success."

Founded in 1917, CIE/USA is one of the oldest and most prestigious Chinese-American engineering associations in the United States. The objective of CIE/USA is to promote communication and the interchange of information among engineers and scientists in the various fields of engineering science who are interested in the wellbeing of the Chinese engineering community in the United States and abroad.
