Announces Four Strategic Partnerships, Conseil Supérieur de l'Ordre des Experts Deployment

PARIS, FRANCE -- (Marketwired) -- 12/05/13 -- Today, Box announced continued growth in France with local customer deployment and four new partnerships. The Conseil Supérieur de l'Ordre des Experts adopted Box to help its employees easily and securely share and collaborate on content in the cloud. To drive further adoption in France, Box also signed strategic partnerships with local technology resellers and system integrators, including Exaduo, Comsoft Direct, Econocom Telecom Services and KERNEL Networks.

"As one of the largest economies in Europe and a growing player in the technology space, France is absolutely critical to our continued success globally and a major focus of investment," said David Quantrell, Box senior vice president and general manager of EMEA. "The Conseil's deployment underscores the increased adoption we've seen in Europe, as companies of all sizes move towards a more mobile workforce and require secure access to content across all devices."

Since opening its first office in Europe in June 2012, Box has more than doubled user growth outside of the U.S. and continues to expand in London, France and Germany with 80 employees across its European offices. Overall, Box serves more than 20 million users at more than 180,000 businesses worldwide, including Schneider Electric, Procter & Gamble, Netflix and Electronic Arts. The Conseil Superieur de l'Ordre des Experts Moves to the Cloud with Box

The Conseil Supérieur de l'Ordre des Experts (CSOEC) is focused on providing resources to public accountants and ensuring proper conduct. The group selected Box for its advanced security and collaboration tools and has rolled the service out to its 135 employees.

"Security and reliability are critical areas for us to address. We looked at a lot of solutions to help us securely move to the cloud. Box came out as being the most appropriate for its intuitiveness and high level of security, especially as it has encryption, which distinguishes it from some competitor solutions," said Éric Brémond, Chief Information Officer at CSOEC.
