Disney World is adding RFID to their theme park locations worldwide.  Under the new program, microchips that use radio frequency identification will be installed in guest wristbands, or MagicBands.  Guests can use the bands for park tickets, Disney hotel room keys, charge cards, fast passes for rides, and more.  Read Original Content

A new system called Blind Guider, is hoping to make use of RFID-embedded street tiles to help people navigate the city streets. AT&T researchers have developed a "smart luggage" tracker that would help travelers find their bags.  The tracking device, which fits inside or is attached to luggage, pinpoints the location of a bag in real time.
