Vision33 Becomes First North American Ericom Software Partner to Deliver HTML5 Browser-based Access to SAP® Business One, Both in the Cloud and On-Premise

Ericom AccessNow™ to be part of the standard Vision33 SAP Business One Cloud offering

IRVINE, Calif. and CLOSTER, N.J., Sept. 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Vision33 Inc., leading North American reseller of SAP Business One and recipient of the SAP® North America Partner Excellence Awards 2014, has become a software partner of Ericom Software, a global leader in application access and desktop virtualization. They announced today a joint partnership to deliver secure, browser-based remote access to SAP Business One environments – both on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platform and on-premise.

According to the partnership, Vision33 will bundle Ericom AccessNow into its cloud-hosted SAP Business One offering, as well as resell AccessNow as a standalone, clientless access solution for those of Vision33's customers interested in on-premise deployment. The partnership extends the reach of SAP Business One for Vision33's customers from anywhere and any device, including PCs, Macs, Linux devices, Chromebooks, iPads and Android devices as well as locked-down workstations, without having to install any software or plugins on the endpoint.

"Vision33 is excited to partner with Ericom Software, as this enables us to bring new remote access opportunities to our extensive SAP Business One customer base throughout North America," said Alex Rooney, Vice President US, Vision33. "Whether our customers run SAP Business One on-premise or through our cloud-based platform with AWS, they want a flexible solution that will support and help them achieve more every day. As their long-term partner, we are constantly striving to find new ways our customers can experience ongoing value from SAP Business One. Ericom Software's remote access solution allows Vision33 to continue to deliver on that commitment."

"We are thrilled to partner with Vision33 to enhance their SAP Business One delivery models with clientless access to SAP Business One, whether it's in the cloud or on-premise," said Eran Heyman, CEO of Ericom Software. "As a provider of remote access solutions, we completely appreciate the role that BYOD and mobility play today in increasing worker productivity, efficiency and satisfaction. We are committed to empowering SMBs across all industries with the freedom and flexibility to choose either hosted or on-premises deployments for their ERP solution."

Ericom AccessNow highlights include:

  • Runs wholly inside an HTML5-supported browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari
  • Enables Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) initiatives
  • Looks and works the same way on all supported device types, thus reducing training and Help Desk costs
