I'll be attending SYS-CON's first international Virtualization Conference & Expo in New York on June 25-27 (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) as a representative of moka5. If you track me down during the conference in New York City and mention this blog post, I'll give you a free exclusive custom-made high-performance moka5 USB flash drive, valued at $29.95.

We worked directly with a hardware manufacturer and custom made some high performance 1G USB flash memory drives.

It used SamSung flash memory and SMI USB memory controller. It has a nice moka5 logo and pre-loaded with Fearless Browser LivePC. It gives the following performance numbers:

LivePC Engine start time: 2.72 seconds
Fearless Browser start time: 24.49 seconds
    Real-world read speed: 35MB/sec
    Real-world write speed: 17MB/sec

You probably will not find any 1G drive with this performance anywhere in the world unless you custom build it. Take a look at our USB flash memory review here. This is also perfect for Vista's ReadyBoost feature.

Since we made some extra drives, we will sell some to the general public. It will be $29.95 each, plus shipping. If you are interested, please send an email to support@moka5.com with the subject "moka5 USB drive" and we will get back to you. Quantity is very limited, so hurry and email us now!

This is probably the highest-performance 1GB USB drive available and is Vista ReadyBoost capable. I'll also be giving demos of the latest from moka5 and other swag. See you there!
