Verizon Business Offers Benefits of Virtualization to Large Businesses and Sterling Commerce

As part of the new strategy, Sterling Multi-Channel Selling is being enhanced with new marketing and merchandising capabilities that leverage its integrated applications and the power of the Web to deliver a more personalized, customer-centric shopping experience across all channels – in-store, online, catalog/call center, kiosk, etc.

Fonality, a maker VoIP phone systems for small and midsize businesses, has selected JMI Telecom to distribute its PBXtra VoIP-capable phone system. In addition, Dell announced that it will begin bundling Fonality's open-source software with its enterprise servers. Fonality's PBXtra system is designed to support branch offices, as well as mobile and home-based workers.
